 Waiting and waiting and waiting has been the name of the game for the last few months. We applied to the Pennsylvania State Department for nonprofit status and have felt as if we've been put on hold for the last two months. Last Saturday our nonprofit approval arrived! Hurray! Recharged, Ron set up a bank account for the ministry. Then we set to work yesterday creating a PayPal account to launch this website and begin the next part of our adventure! We thought we had it made! Then we found that to set up our site as a nonprofit site we needed a Tech Soup account. We did that, but they must explore our ratings on GuideStar (for nonprofits), which we're not on yet because we don't have tax exempt status. It was off to the IRS site for the correct paperwork for that. After watching an educational video on the 1023, we completed and sent that paperwork off yesterday, but must wait for that to go through before GuideStar will record us, and of course, that must be done before TechSoup will authorize our account. Okay, we'll wait. God is growing the fruit of patience in us! Praise the Lord!
